Family Care Providers
Family Care has Two Major Organizational Components
Providers who are interested in offering services to Family Care members will contract with the Managed Care Organization, MCO. The MCO serving Kenosha and Racine counties is Community Care, Inc.
All service to Family Care members require prior authorization and are compensated under a full executed contract between each Provider and Community Care, Inc.
