SERVICES
Family Care services and supports may include:
- Adaptive aids, medical equipment/supplies and home modifications
- Home Health, nursing services, therapies
- Personal care, supportive home care, and respite care
- Transportation
- Residential Services
- Meals: home delivered and congregate
- Supportive employment, adult daycare, and day services
- Case management
