What is Active Choices?
It is a 6-month coaching program where, together, you and your coach will figure out how to meet an activity goal that you have set for yourself and will tackle the problems that pop up along the way. When the program is over, you will feel better, look better and have many more tools in your “toolbox” that you can use to keep up the changes that you have made.

Active Choices consists of:

As you progress through the program you and your coach may work on a lot of issues. You may learn new problem solving techniques, coping skills, expand your social and/or support network, and learn to look at your daily routine in a new way. Active Choices will provide you with the tools that you need to do your very best and achieve the goals that you have set for yourself. We will work with you to help you live well and live active.
