Access provides a 24–hour, centralized intake and information service for child abuse and neglect, child welfare, and juvenile delinquency referrals. Child abuse, child neglect, and child and family referrals are directed to the Child Welfare Program. Juvenile delinquency referrals are directed to the Juvenile Court Services Unit.
