Connecting employers with qualified job seekers is a primary goal of the Business Services Team. Marketing of open positions for employers is accomplished through a variety of venues, which include the following:

Use Job Center o f Wisconsin (JCW) to post current job openings and search for candidates at no cost! You can also find information and advice on quickly making the right hire. The National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) and the Manufacturing Skills Standards Certification (MSSC) are also available on this site.
Resume Matrix
The Resume Matrix is a website for all skill levels that organizes resumes according to job seekers’ work preferences and includes a thumbnail sketch of each candidate. Employers may choose to see the full resume by first reading a mini-profile of a person’s background. Register your company online and have access to hundreds of resumes, absolutely free of charge.
On-Site Recruitment
We invite your company to use the Kenosha County Job Center facility as your recruiting office. The Job Center will provide on-site advertisement, list your job orders on Job Center of Wisconsin, provide access to fax machines and telephones, and access to walk-in candidates in the Job Center’s Employment Central Resource Room.
Our easily accessible facilities are available for recruitment activities, including job fairs, on-site recruitment, interviewing, testing, company orientations, training, meeting space, and employee relations functions.
Job Fairs
The Kenosha County Job Center’s Business Services Team has extensive experience coordinating and conducting company specific, corporate, dislocated worker, youth and military job fairs. Job Fairs allow your company the opportunity to meet with hundreds of applicants at one specific time and ensure exposure to a large pool of potential employees.
