Business Services - Resume Matrix
This powerful resource is used to access hundreds of qualified candidates interested in working for companies located in South East Wisconsin. The Resume Matrix is a website for all skill levels that organizes resumes according to the job seekers' occupational preferences and includes a thumbnail sketch of each candidate. Employers may choose to see the full resume after first reading a mini-profile of a person's background.
For security reasons, employers are required to go through a one-time registration process and use a password to log into the Resume Matrix each time it is accessed. With new resumes continually being added and old resumes dropping off automatically after 90 days, employers can enhance their recruitment success by checking the Resume Matrix daily.
There is no cost to employers to access the Matrix. It is supported by Regional Business Services in the following counties in South East Wisconsin: Kenosha, Walworth, Racine, Waukesha, Ozaukee and Washington and also by Gateway Technical College. Employers can register by going online at www.resumematrix.com.
Business Services Representatives can assist by screening resumes which are posted on the Resume Matrix for an employer, upon request.
