Business Services
Business Services of Kenosha County provides employers One-Stop access to a quality workforce, both by direct services and linkages to a coordinated network of referral sources. Located at the Kenosha County Job Center, the Business Services Team provides a single point of contact to assist employers in the recruitment, training, and retention of workers, including:
- Coordination of On-Site Recruitments
- Hosting of Job Fairs
- Access to the Resume Matrix
- Assistance with Posting of Job Orders
- Provision of Labor Market Information
- Collection of Resumes/Applications
- Referral to Resources (financial incentives, community organizations, small business development)
- Screening of Resumes
- Interviewing of Candidates
- Staff Leasing
- Information Seminars
- And More……….
Standard services are provided at no cost to employers. More intensive services, such as screening and interviewing job applicants on behalf of employers, are available at a very reasonable cost and can be customized to meet employers' needs.
The Kenosha County Job Center (8600 Sheridan Road) and the Kenosha County Center (at the intersection of Hwy. 45 and Hwy. 50) have facilities available for a range of employer functions, including on-site recruiting, interviewing, job fairs, testing, company orientations, and training. The Business Services Team encourages all employers to use the many resources available.
