Nursing Services

The Public Health Nursing section of the Kenosha County Division of Health provides preventive health services to the residents of Kenosha County.

Services are designed to prevent disease and promote health. Individuals are seen in clinics, homes, preschool/daycare settings, schools, and work places as well as in the Division of Health offices on a walk-in-basis.

Medical assistance program for high-risk pregnancies.

School Health Services
Health education, screenings, and other services.

Tuberculosis Testing
TB information.

Wisconsin Well Woman Program
Free Mammogram, breast exam, pap test and pelvic exam for low income women ages 18 and older.

Women, Infants & Children (WIC)
Schedule for nutrition services and food vouchers for eligible residents.
