Nursing Services
The Public Health Nursing section of the Kenosha County Division of Health provides preventive health services to the residents of Kenosha County.
Services are designed to prevent disease and promote health. Individuals are seen in clinics, homes, preschool/daycare settings, schools, and work places as well as in the Division of Health offices on a walk-in-basis.

Schedule for nutrition services and food vouchers for eligible residents.
