Clinic Information - Adult Vaccines

The following adult vaccines are available year round:

Pneumoccocal Vaccine  - Given to adults 65 years and older as a once-in-a-lifetime vaccine.  If you are under 65 and have a high risk illness, or over 65 and need a second dose, we require a physician's order.  Your physician may Fax the order to us at (262) 605-6785.  The cost for pneumococal vaccine is $60.00.

Td (Tetanus/Diptheria) - Given for all adults 19 and older. Adults should receive this every 10 years.  The cost for Td is $12.00.

Tdap (Tetanus/Diptheria/Pertussis) - Given once for adolescents and adults 11 - 64 years old.  This single dose can be given in place of a regular Td booster.  Tdap offers the same protection as Td, as well as Pertussis (Whooping Cough).  Those in contact with infants and young children are especially encouraged to have this vaccine.  The cost for Tdap is $12.00.

MMR (Measles/Mumps/Rubella) - Given to adults 19 and older who are born after 1957. One dose is recommended for those who have never had measles, mumps or rubella; and those not previously vaccinated.  Two doses may be required based on certain risk factors.  Please call for additional information regarding MMR.  The cost for MMR is $12.00.

Hep B (Hepatitis B) - Given to adults 19 and older.  This is a three (3) dose series.  The cost for Hep B is $70.00 per dose ($210 for the series).

Hep A (Hepatitis A) - Given to adults 19 and older.  This is a two (2) dose series.  The cost for Hep A is $50.00 per dose ($100 for the series)

The following vaccines are available seasonally:

Inactivated Influenza (Flu) - Available October through March, dependent on manufacturer distribution.

The cost of the adult influenza vaccine is $30.00.  Pediatric Influenza vaccine is $12.00. (Medicare Part B and Medicaid are accepted).
