Prenatal Care Coordination
Prenatal Care Coordination is a Medicaid benefit that helps pregnant women get the support and services they need to have a healthy baby.
Prenatal Care Coordination services include:
- Help getting the health care you need.
- Personal support.
- Information on good eating habits and health practices (health education and nutrition counseling).
- Information and help finding needed services in your community.

Safe Sleep Program
Safe Sleep education is available for parents or agencies working with young families through in-home instruction from a Public Health Nurse or Health Educator.
What you will learn:
• Actions that reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome or SIDS
• General crib safety
• How to properly dress your infant for safe sleep
• Why infants are safest on their backs
• How to reduce flat spots through “Tummy Time”
• Qualifying families may receive a portable playard for a $20 donation while supplies last.
