Wisconsin Well Woman Program
Free Tests Offered for women who qualify for the Wisconsin Well Woman Program:
- Mammogram
- Breast Exam
- Pap Test
- Pelvic Exam
- Follow up tests to diagnose breast or cervical cancer if needed.
You qualify if:
- You are a woman, age 45 to 64.
- You do not have health insurance, or your insurance does not cover basic checkups or you are unable to pay deductibles or co-payments.
- Your income meets the guidelines (below)
