Sanitary Board of Review
The Sanitary Board of Appeals is a quasi-judicial committee authorized by state statutes. It is made up of five citizen members, and is responsible for hearing Sanitary Board of Appeals on variance matters relating the county’s Sanitary Code and Private Sewage System Ordinance, being Chapter 15 of the Municipal Code of Kenosha County.
