Land Development is the division of a parcel of land into two or more parcels by Certified Survey Map or by the Platting of a Subdivision, the construction, reconstruction, conversion, structural alteration, relocation, or enlargement of any structure, most specifically commercial, manufacturing & institutional structures, any mining, landfill and any use or extension of the use of land.
