Kenosha County Comprehensive Plans

Of the ten local governments participating in the Kenosha County multi-jurisdictional comprehensive planning process,

Six have adopted the multi-jurisdictional plan as their local comprehensive plan:

  • Village of Bristol (Adopted 3/2/10)
  • Village of Silver Lake (Adopted 3/3/10)
  • Town of Brighton (Adopted 3/8/10)
  • Town of Paris (Adopted 3/1/10)
  • Town of Somers (Adopted 3/9/10)

Four have adopted their own separate local comprehensive plan based on the multi-jurisdictional plan:

  • City of Kenosha (Adopted 4/19/10)
  • Village of Pleasant Prairie (Adopted 12/21/09)
  • Town of Salem (Adopted 3/8/10)
  • Town of Wheatland (Adopted 3/16/10)

 

 

A Multi-Jurisdictional Comprehensive Plan for Kenosha County: 2035

On April 20, 2010, the Kenosha County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to adopt A Multi-Jurisdictional Comprehensive Plan for Kenosha County: 2035 (62MB). The plan text was amended August 25, 2011.
