Detentions: Captain Paul J. Falduto Jr.
Paul Falduto is a lifelong resident of Kenosha, and was hired by the Kenosha Sheriff's Department in March of 1982. As a Deputy he was assigned to the 2nd Shift. In June of 1989, Falduto was promoted to Detective, spending a short time in the General Assignment Unit before being moved to the Narcotics Unit.
He then worked Narcotics in Kenosha Co. until Feb. of 1997, when he was promoted to Sergeant and assigned to the Conveyance Unit. He worked in that Unit until May of 1998, when he was moved to the Patrol Division. Falduto worked in Patrol as a Sergeant on both 2nd and 3rd Shift until Nov. of 2002, when he was promoted to Lieutenant.
Falduto then worked as 2nd Shift Patrol Lieutenant from Nov. of 2002 to Feb. of 2007, when he was assigned to be the Administrative Services Lieutenant. Falduto worked in that capacity until his promotion to Captain in Dec. of 2009.
He has also been a past member of the Tactical Response Team, and a former member and Commander of the Sheriff's Department Dive Team and Marine Unit. He has an Associate Degree in Police Science from Gateway Tech and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia Southern University.
