PUBLIC VISITATION (Downtown Jail)
Visitors must be 18 years of age and provide proper photo-identification.
Visits will not exceed 10 minutes. Visiting permitted on weekends only from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. According to the following schedule, determined by the inmates security level:

Inmates will be allowed one (1) general visit per week, up to thirty (30) minutes in length. The week runs Sunday through Saturday.
Registration for general visiting will close thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled end of the visiting session. Large numbers of registered, waiting visitors will require registration to be closed early. No visitor will be admitted thirty (30) minutes before the end of visiting hours.
There will be no visitation on the following days:
New Years Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Friday after Thanksgiving; Christmas Eve; Christmas Day; New Years Eve.
Only two (2) adults are allowed in the visiting room per inmate. Parents/guardians must accompany a minor. Every adult must show I.D. in order to visit. This I.D. will be held until the visit is complete. All personal items must be placed in a locker, which is provided. Nothing is allowed in the visiting area. Each visitor will be assigned a seat. There is only one booth and one phone allowed per inmate so seat assignment is important. Time will NOT be split so a third adult may visit. No food or drink is allowed in the visiting area. Parents/guardians are responsible for the actions of their children.
Professional Visiting Hours and Rules

There are two types of professional visitation available: Officer Supervised and Unsupervised.
- Officer Supervised visitation means that an officer is in the area. The professional visitor will be placed in a visitation room with the inmate and the door left unlocked.
- Unsupervised visitation means there will not be an officer in the immediate area. The professional visitor will be placed in a visitation room with the inmate and the door locked. The professional visitor will have access to a phone in the room with him/her to be able to contact Master Control. The professional visitor has the option of having the inmate handcuffed to the wall for the duration of the visit.
